Astrid Dauverné

Astrid Dauverné is a business leader, executive educator, and certified executive coach with over 20 years of experience spanning multinational corporations and higher education leadership. Before transitioning to academia, she built an international career in senior marketing roles, leading global brand portfolios and managing multicultural teams across complex matrix organizations.

Today, Astrid serves as Chair of the International Business Management Department and member of the leadership team at HEG-Genève (University of Applied Sciences and Arts Western Switzerland). She also co-directs the Executive MBA, where she has led the program's strategic repositioning around leadership development, organizational impact, and responsible management. She oversees more than 500 students and collaborates with an international faculty of over 100 academics and practitioners.

Passionate about developing future leaders capable of navigating increasingly complex environments, Astrid's interests focus on transformative leadership, organizational culture, talent development, and sustainable organizational performance. Drawing from both executive and academic experience, she brings a pragmatic perspective on how organizations can align people, leadership, and business strategy to create lasting impact.
